1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the agent4u, including the website, mobile app, games, and all related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By registering a new account, logging into an existing account, or using any part of the Platform, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms. This acceptance is absolute and unconditional.

agent4u reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility to Register and Play

To register and use the services of agent4u, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• An individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Registration & Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at agent4u. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

You are fully responsible for:

Agent4u is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on the agent4u operates in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support the following local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players:

All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees. agent4u reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
• No pending bonus wagering requirements (rollover not yet fulfilled).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit.

6Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

All bonuses and promotions offered by agent4u is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. The standard rollover ranges from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once only per player, per household, or per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other players under any circumstances.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse, agent4u reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

9Account Suspension & Closure

agent4u reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of agent4u shall not exceed the amount of the player's most recent deposit made within the 30 days prior to the claim.
